The Halloween Surprise

Jason was a highly theatrical and imaginative undertaker in Bath, near Bristol so he decided to surprise his much loved fiancé prior to the wedding - by organising her Halloween night hen party at his work place to give it a really spooky atmosphere. He  deliberately left a coffin or two lying around - one as the themed coffee table in the middle of the room, one as the buffet stand for all the nibbles along one edge and one just leaning casually against the wall. He draped a few large fake cobwebs and organised all the lady guests to come in spooky fancy dress. ……..The cocktails were all luminous greens and oranges, with fake eyeballs floating on top. He had a smoke machine pumping out white mist in the corridor.  His fiancé Sarah was clearly incredibly touched  by all the effort he’d made and she was even more surprised when half an hour into the party  the lid to the leaning coffin creaked slowly open………everyone was totally paralysed with fear, their hearts pounding, you could hear a pin drop …….and then a very hunky butler stepped out grinning at everyone with a rose in his teeth, to ease the tension and make her night!
